OBBI 1.5.0 steps followed to initially configure the required databases

Description The document says that the tables need to be manually created when using MSSQL or Oracle. But even when using mysql the below tables need to be created manually.

• openbank_geolocationdb
• openbank_ob_reporting_statsdb
• openbank_ob_reporting_summarizeddb

If not the ./configure-bi.sh command needs to be executed in the /resources/finance/scripts location.

Either one of the above operations need to be executed.
