[Confluence Docs] Add the header message to the landing pages #818

Affected OB version:

OB 2.0.0 and older versions

Description:

Need to manually copy the header message to the landing pages of each OB doc space hosted on the Confluence cloud. For the rest of the pages, this banner is added globally by the docs team.

Given below is a sample of the header message:

Manually added the header message to the landing page of the following doc spaces:

However, currently, I don't have edit access to the IB 2.0.0 documentation space: https://wso2docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OB200/overview

Already informed DigiOps last week. Will update the OB 2.0.0 homepage once I got the edit access.
