[Berlin Toolkit] - Certs in the Berlin docs are expired #842

Existing pages to be updated:

  1. https://berlin.ob.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/get-started/tpp-onboarding/#step-5-create-and-upload-certificates

  2. https://berlin.ob.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/try-out/account-information-service-flow/#generating-application-access-token Sample certificate configurations section in all the API pages should also be changed to new certs.

    Description (Optional):

    The certs attached in the document are expired. Please change the certs in the page 1. CA_Cert.zip

    Please change the certs in the Page 2 with below certs. Signing Certs.zip Transport Certs.zip

Also the "open_banking.gateway.certificate_management.certificate.revocation.excluded" also should be changed as below.

[[open_banking.gateway.certificate_management.certificate.revocation.excluded]] issuer_dn = "EMAILADDRESS=malshani@wso2.com, CN=OB, OU=OB, O=WSO2, L=COL, ST=WP, C=LK"
