Affected OB version:

Any OB version which is compatible with MySQL 8.

Existing pages to be updated:

https://ob.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/install-and-setup/prerequisites/#compatibility

Description (Optional):

Need to add a note mentioning that if MySQL 8 is used, need to create the DBs using the latin1 as the character set. This is already pointed out in the base pack documents (https://is.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/deploy/environment-compatibility/#tested-dbmss). Need to point this out in OB docs as well.
