Issue in API docs due to Confluence Doc Migration #845

The following list of API docs, are hosted as static sites outside of confluence. However, since the [docs.wso2.com](http://docs.wso2.com/) domain is now redirected to the new confluence cloud home page, these URLs in our docs are also getting redirected.

The DigiOps team has re-host all of this content under a different URL.

Therefore, need to manually update links to these old URLs.
