Adding the content changes to the live link #120

Purpose

The content changes made to the staging link is pushed to the live link with this PR The content changes include

  1. Inform the users getting wso2 docker images daily that we are not facilitating the same any more because of technical limitations.
  2. Letting the user know all configurations will also be changed when they apply the revert-hotfix command.
