Since WSO2 is substituting ServiceNow as a support portal for customers and any other external parties to lodge their queries directly to us, the documentation also should change to reflect this platform change. This issue was brought forward with the customer support team and was concluded that all Jira tracker instances to be changed to 'Support Portal'
