[OB3] Manual redirection fails when entering url in the address bar #10
Description:
In the consent approval application which is deployed in the IS, when going through the flow all pages are accessible. But if we try to enter a specific URL in the address bar and try to redirect it returns 404 error. Similar issue has been encountered in the consent manager application as well.

Steps to reproduce:
Configure and login to the consent manager / consent approval web app
Navigate to a sub URL path such as /consentmgr/<consentId>
Copy and manually enter the same sub URL in the address bar
