Purpose

Add testing-apikit-with-munit sample.

This PR has the server-side fixes of this sample. https://github.com/wso2/wso2-synapse/pull/1528 Therefore, this sample only works in MI 1.2.0 or higher version products.

This PR has the Integration Studio testing client fixes for this sample https://github.com/wso2/maven-tools/pull/63. Therefore, this sample only works in Integration Studio 7.1.0 or higher version products.
