Issues in Importing-a-csv-file-into-mongo-db example

Description: It needs to change the following in the README file.

Download bson4jackson-2.9.0 jar and add it to MI-HOME/dropins folder.
Step 6 is duplicated in step 7 in Set Up and Run the Example section.
When deploying the capp, getting the following issue. As discussed, this will be fixed in MI future release. Tested with the attached patch. Working as expected. patch9999.zip
