Add Scenarios Resources

Purpose

fix https://github.com/wso2/k8s-api-operator/issues/594 Add resources for the following scenarios

• Add target endpoint and apply API management
• Add params configmap (override certs and endpoints)

Update operator hub resources (remove secret mounts from opertor deployment)
