DRAFT: Support for IS 6.1.0

Purpose

The purpose of the PR is to support the operator to the latest version of IS ; IS 6.1.0

Goals

Being able to run the operator with IS 6.1.0

Approach

• First make sure the operator runs with IS 5.11.0 (already supported version)
• Create and host docker image of IS 6.1.0
• Integrate 6.1.0 to the operator
