Purpose

This PR introduces refinements, improvements and bug fixes to Kubernetes and Helm resources for deploying WSO2 API Management deployment pattern 2.

This PR fixes the following issues. https://github.com/wso2/kubernetes-apim/issues/390 and https://github.com/wso2/kubernetes-apim/issues/397.

Goals

Introduce refinements and bug fixes to WSO2 API Management Pattern 2 Helm Resources

Documentation

Product configurations and setup based on official WSO2 documentation.

Test environment

Helm version: 3.1.2 GKE based Kubernetes Server version: 1.14+, Git Version: v1.14.10-gke.27 WSO2 Private Docker Registry images were utilized
