[3.2.0] Add Documentation for Configuring Custom TLS Certificate #453

Purpose

This PR adds pointers to the official WSO2 container guide, when configuring SSL during service exposure to outside of the Kubernetes cluster.

This addresses https://github.com/wso2/kubernetes-apim/issues/402.

Goals

Add documentation for configuring custom TLS certificate
