Refactor pattern 3

Hello,

I refactored the pattern 3 as i am heavily using it. Changes:

• Add option to fix traefik proxy by adding annotation in service file
• Use only one control-plane deployment with 2 replicas by default
• Use only one mi deployment with x replicas by default

I intend on modifying all patterns if this PR make.
