Update README with tested K8S and Helm versions #117

Description: Please update the README with last tested K8S and Helm versions. I had to work backwards from the latest K8S to figure out a working k8s version.

Also the README says to use Helm 2.14.3 but from issue comments looks like we've upgraded to 3.5.2
