No option to import API from API Manager #71

Description: When using the integration studio, there is an option to Import API from API Manager when creating/importing a REST API. Shown below is a screen of the integration studio.

However this feature is not available in the MI for VS Code plugin.

MI for VS Code Extension Version: v0.9.24062409 (pre-release)
