https://product-dist.wso2.com/p2/templates/4.1.0/templates.zip not reachable #3186

Description:

The url https://product-dist.wso2.com/p2/templates/4.1.0/templates.zip is not downloading the templates.zip. This is used in the config mappaer maven module. The url https://product-dist.wso2.com/p2/templates/4.0.0/templates.zip is correctly downloading the templates.zip but its an old version.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to: https://product-dist.wso2.com/p2/templates/4.1.0/templates.zip in the browser. There is no download. The maven config mapper is producing the error:

[ERROR] Error while downloading the templates for config mapper java.io.FileNotFoundException: https://product-dist.wso2.com/p2/templates/4.1.0/templates.zip

Affected product version:

Integration studio 8.1 with micro integrator 4.1.1.
