Storybook new version launch will be announced at a conference scheduled on Mar 14, 2023 from 10am - 12pm Pacific Standard Time.

Describe the improvement

Bump the version to v7 when possible and also need to check if @storybook/manager-webpack4 is necessary since we have v5.
