Remove PCF BOSH Release Resources For WSO2 API Management version 3.0.x Deployment Pattern 1 #106

Description: It has been suggested to remove the PCF BOSH Release resources for WSO2 API Management version 3.0.x deployment pattern 1.

We have chosen to provide PCF Tile resources for only deployment pattern 2, as it is regarded as the most widely used API Management deployment pattern among the defined set of patterns.

Affected Product Version: PCF Tile resources for WSO2 API Management version 3.0.x and above
