Search APIs bug in DevPortal

Description:

There seems to be an issue in the header search in the Dev portal where when we search for an api in the search it works the first time. But the second time we try clicking on a search result suggestion in the search bar or navigating the suggestions using keyboard and pressing enter to select, nothing happens. When inspecting from the Network tab when clicking on a search, the request is not sent. (Nothing appears in the Network tab)

But the same scenario works fine in the publisher.

Steps to reproduce:

• Have at least 2 or 3 apis published. (for getting results in the search bar when searching)
• In the dev portal search for an api by name in the search bar. Click on a suggestion in the drop down.
• First time it will work. Then the second time you try to search for an api in the search bar and click or press enter on one of the suggestions in the search bar drop down, the page doesn't load.
• But the URL path param gets changed so if you refresh the page, You see the last selected API.
