Admin portal - Application owner change is not working #8772

Description:

On the Admin portal, the application owner change functionality is not working.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to admin portal
  2. Go to Applications page under Settings category (on left side menu).
  3. Change the ownership of an application to an existing user. It keeps loading....

APIM 3.2.0
