WSO2 G-REG is slow when viewing artifacts in Store & Publisher #901

Description: There is a slowness when accessing artifacts in the store and publisher. The slowness in the publisher is due to queries loading all assets of a specific media type instead of filtering it by the name of the asset being loaded.
