[Analytics] Startup errors from analytics pack #1094

Pre-Conditions:-

  1. Start the IOT server with -Dsetup
  2. Start the analytics server with -Dsetup
  3. Observe the server logs

Expected Results:-

Tested the analytics scripts by manually running the script at [1] manually against both analytics databases and I was able to start the analytics component without any error messages. [1][$HOME]/wso2/analytics/dbscripts/oracle.sql

@madhawap , @geethkokila, @chamaraanu : We can drop the priority of this ticket to medium since there is a workaround for this issue and -Dsetup is not recommended to be run in production environments.
