[Geofencing] Cannot import geoJson file to Enter Area #1204

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Set up geofencing.
  2. Enrol Android device.
  3. Create geofence enter/exit alert. Export it.
  4. Create another alert and select Enter Area. Choose the file that was exported.
  5. Clicking Import button does nothing.
