[Users] Issues after changing the super admin password #1301

Open dilee opened 7 years ago

dilee commented 7 years ago

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to the Device Management dashboard using admin credentials
  2. Change password for the super admin user

After changing the admin password via the Device Management portal, the following error occurs when trying to log in with new credentials.

[2017-08-14 11:24:33,877] [IoT-Core] ERROR - {org.wso2.carbon.apimgt.impl.AMDefaultKeyManagerImpl} Invalid OAuth Token : Invalid access token [2017-08-14 11:24:33,877] [IoT-Core] ERROR - {org.wso2.carbon.apimgt.rest.api.util.impl.WebAppAuthenticatorImpl} Authentication failed. Possible cause: The admin password in configuration files of jaggery apps as well as components such as App Manager do not get updated.

Workaround: Changing the password manually according to [1] resolves the issue.
