Agent version 3.1.18 don't install apk's on HUAWEI P8 lite 2017 #1600

Description: IoT Agent don't install applications on P8 Lite 2017

Affected Product Version:

Linux server with IoT 3.1.0, Android 7.0, EMUI 5.0.1, HUAWEI P8 lite 2017, agent version 3.1.18 On HUAWEI P8 lite not 2017 worked fine. With the Agent version 3.0.0 worked fine.

Steps to reproduce: 1- go to the store 2- install application 3- select device 4- go to the devicemgt menu and install_application stay stuck in_progress

Related Issues: Probably same as https://github.com/wso2/product-iots/issues/1520 ?
