[Publisher] Publish app wizard validations needs to be improved #586

The wizard to publish an app needs to be tweaked with proper validation messages.

Steps Login to publisher portal and navigate to create app wizard Select the platform as android / iOS and the store type as enterprise and click next Provide data for the mandatory fields and click create

Issue

  1. Since an apk or IPA was not uploaded the app creation directs to the first step. There is no validation message stating what is needed by the user in order to complete the app publishing process.

  2. Only the Name field is having a validation tic box to indicator. It should be consistent to other fields as well. (refer below image)
