[IOTS-475] Enable "Enabling dashboard server communication" by default #733

What's the rationale for disabling this by default? It's a useful feature have this setting enabled by default. I'm following the iOS quick start guide and we can eliminate this step by having it enabled.

Why would an administrator not want to monitor devices by default? IMO it's best to explicitly disable this if it's not required for a deployment.

Also improve first time user experience IMO
