Memory Leak caused in Adaptive Authentication Functionality

Describe the issue: There's a memory leak caused by usage of Nashorn Script Engine while executing adaptive authentication scripts. This results in

• Increasing memory usage over time when on high load.
• Decreased throughput
• Eventual server crash with OOM error.

How to reproduce:

• Refer to the original Issue - https://github.com/wso2/product-is/issues/16597

Expected behaviour:

• Memory usage should be optimal over high server loads when adaptive authentication script is used and server throughput should not be affected.
