Unable to edit OIDC attributes #18147

Describe the issue: Unable to edit OIDC attributes. The OIDC attributes should be editable similar to the carbon management console. It was noted apart from the wso2 dialect other attributes are also not editable.

How to reproduce: From the UI navigate to the OIDC attributes section. In there, it is not editable.

Expected behavior: The attributes should be editable similar to the carbon management console
