Is your suggestion a test requirement/change or improvements of the test framework? Please describe. The WSO2 IS 7.1.0 release requires the creation of a comprehensive new test plan. The goal is to onboard the test cases that align with new features, improvements, and bug fixes introduced in the release.
Describe the solution you would prefer New Feature Validation : Ensure all new features are thoroughly tested, documented, and verified for both on-prem and cloud compatibility. Issue Verification & Regression Testing : Perform automated regression testing to continuously verify bug fixes, ensuring no regressions are introduced in the release cycle. Cloud Release Alignment: Ensure IS 7.1.0 features and fixes are smoothly included in Asgardeo’s daily cloud releases. Make sure these updates don’t break any environment (dev, stage, or production) and focus on validating customer cases through continuous testing. Environment Compatibility: Guarantee that the product operates consistently across all targeted environments through automated compatibility tests. Migration testing: Verification of the migration tool. Enhancing QA tool : Our goal is to initially onboard a smoke test on the IS automation side and utilize the test management tool effectively for QA testing efforts.
