[performance-testing] Execute performance tests for mutiple Databases #21509

Describe the issue:

We need to execute the performance tests for frequently used databases such as
- mssql
- PosgreSQL
- Oracle RAC
The performance test execution scripts need to be modified to automate running with different databases

Added mssql support to performances tests
