No option to go back to carbon.super organization view from root organizations managing view #21746

Expected behavior:

There should be a way to switch back to carbon.super tenant's console view from managing root organization view

Also root org organization label should not be shown when login to the sub-org console. Will track that issue separately if it went out of the scope.

Even though there is no functionality breaking, adding the severity/critical label because IMO https://github.com/wso2/product-is/issues/21746#issue-2666147564 is a critical UX issue
