Dismiss button in the timeout modal doesn't reflect the overall branding modifications configured #21756

Describe the issue: The dismiss button in the timeout modal doesn't reflect the overall branding modifications configured within the identity server.

How to reproduce:

  1. Configure rebranding in the identity server.
  2. Configure the idle session timeout to 2 minutes.
  3. Login to the myaccount application and stay idle for almost 2 minutes.
  4. The timeout modal will appear.

Expected behavior: The timeout modal dismiss button should reflect the branding configured.
