Issue

When a request is made for openid configuration to the "/.well-known/openid-configuration" in a load balancer fronted deployment, the request fails to indicate an incorrect request.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a load balancer fronted, single node deployment based on this guide.
GET https://{load-balancer-host-name}:443/oauth2/oidcdiscovery/.well-known/openid-configuration
