Template management component for dynamic prompt #4619

If the admin wishes to prompt the user for any additional information or display custom pages of their own during the authentication process, what the IS server is currently providing is a generic form for information input with minimum customizability.

To grant the admins the ability to customize the user prompt pages and to add custom pages, a template management system is in place. With this Template Management System, identity admins can add/ update/ delete templates that they develop from the management console.
