[Improvement]: Simplify WSO2 MI Setup and Onboarding Experience

New users of WSO2 Micro Integrator (MI) face significant challenges during the initial setup, which includes:

• Installation Complexity: Manual downloading of the MI runtime, JDK, and Maven, along with setting environment variables like JAVA_HOME, is overwhelming, especially for those unfamiliar with Java or WSO2 products.
• Time-Consuming Setup: Users spend considerable time on setup before they can run a simple "Hello World" application, delaying their ability to experience the product's value.

To lower these entry barriers and improve the user experience, I propose the following:

Integrated Development Environment in VS Code:

• Develop a one-click setup within the VS Code extension for WSO2 MI, which includes all necessary components (MI runtime, JDK, Maven) without requiring manual downloads or environment variable setups.

• Ensure that users can run a "Hello World" application within a few minutes, without needing any prior knowledge of WSO2, Synapse, or JAVA_HOME.

As per the recent discussions, the workflow is as follows:

• The project creation extension downloads the MI server to a default location, extracts it, and uses it to run the project.
• When the extension starts, it checks for Java; if Java is not found, a view with a button is displayed for the user to download Java and set its path.
• For building the project, the Maven wrapper is used.

The final workflow for simplifying the WSO2 MI setup and onboarding is as follows:

• During project creation, the extension checks for Java and MI availability, and downloads them if necessary.
• The MI runtime is extracted into the project folder for immediate use.
• Upon startup, the extension checks for Java. If not found, a view with a download button is provided for easy installation and path configuration.
• Users can update runtime or Java locations via command palette commands or settings.
• Maven wrapper is used for project builds.

currently testing this workflow across all major operating systems to ensure consistent functionality and updating documentation.

The testing and documentation updates are complete. A few UI/UX improvements were suggested in the review.

• Show Proper error message when there is not internet connection
• Show separate web view when downloading Java and MI
