Extension Runner script still refering to `{WSO2MI}/repository/components/lib` for the external jars #3758

Description

The extension runner scripts still refer to the {WSO2MI}/repository/components/lib directory for the external jars, and the created bundles are saved inside the {WSO2MI}/repository/components/dropins directory. This needed to be changed as {WSO2MI}/lib. and {WSO2MI}/dropins
