Dynamically inject values to the "Max Request Count" parameter in the Throttle Mediator #3787

Current Limitation

This "Max Request Count" parameter of the Throttle Mediator does not have support for injecting values dynamically.

Suggested Improvement

Add the support to pass a value to this parameter, from a configuration source, such as an environment variable.
