NotContextException when using LDAP #1058

Description: When an LDAP connection string is set up for a database in the deployment.yaml, the server startup fails with the following exception.

oracle.net.ns.NetException: JNDI Package failure javax.naming.NotContextException: Not an instance of DirContext

Affected Product Version: 4.2.0

This issue has been fixed, hence closing.
