Cannot update SI Tooling using update_windows.exe (Update 2.0 ). #189

Description: Getting following error when tring to update SI Tooling with update_windows.exe in a Windows environment.

C:\Users\wso2\Downloads\wso2si-tooling-1.1.0\wso2si-tooling-1.1.0\bin>update_windows.exe

This issue is fixed in latest release
