This fixes #3

I have checked in a more concrete version of the csv file. I am looking at the table names as the final step but wanted to check this in for now

I made some more modifications to get everything to work. I'll share a working skims.omx and arc_asim.h5 file. Try running the latest check-in's on this branch. I need for you to update some of the variable names in the accessibility.csv file.
