Collapse / expand takes long time with many entries #68

Show a status while collapsing/expanding

Steps to reproduce:

Add files - Americans season 2
Languages - Arabic, English, Spanish
Fetch
Select 500 entries per page
Collapse all

The more files+languages, the more dramatic the result. The "select page entries" also takes quite some time.
