Disable GUI components when not in use #71

Use the disabling of GUI components to communicate what the possibilities are to the user.

[x] Change "Choose Files" button to "Start over" at the end.
[x] Disable download buttons when no titles selected. So when the checkboxes are (de)selected in batch, but also one by one.
[x] Anything else?
