Instead of verbosely writing out an electrode stimulus (e.g. holding current, pulse trains), we should be able to offer standard constructors that let users specify stimuli with the same style as pulse train and waveform generators used in electrophysiology. We can of course support other types of stimuli, but I'd like to have at least a core standard offering that works like a Master-8/9
