\subsupstyle has wrong test value #41

\subsupstyle has 

\ifnum\mathstyle<5 \chardef\mathstyle4 %

but this will mean that we never get scriptscriptstyle. I think this should be <4, so display/text styles give scriptstyle, and scriptstyle then gives scriptscriptstyle.
