Break suggestion (eg equivalent of textmode \linebreak[2] or \nolinebreak[2])

There does not appear to be a documented way to tweak the desirability of breaking at a particular point. It would be useful to be able to hint that particular places are more or less suitable for breaking, as it sometimes picks places which make the semantics less clear.
