Update README.md #163

We should update the README#Configuration.

In my case i had to explicitally require 'rspec-sidekiq' in the spec_helper to avoid the following error:

NameError:
  uninitialized constant RSpec::Sidekiq

Coverage remained the same at 79.501% when pulling 11ebc330052d4e4a7d1e3af1ce0a166b13d92d02 on nic-lan:patch-1 into 2cd15b0fe2b172243e8002c4aefa39696c42d52f on philostler:develop.
