Add example and fix pub.dev hints #34

Hello,

I did some improvments :

Add example
Fix all hints from pub.dev ( https://pub.dev/packages/asn1lib#-analysis-tab-)

I added a "analysis_options.yaml" file to display all hints locally that are mentioned at pub.dev. Fixed all hints. After that I checked all unit tests.

Every test still works.

Thanks again -this is great. The analyser was crashing on me before-probably because of the missing analysis options and lints
